Whole School Trip to Natural History Museum & Ice Rink
Mohammed, a Y11 student at Whetstone, writes about the trip:
"On Thursday 14th December we all travelled down to South Kensington and walked to the Natural History Museum.
We spent some time in the museum first. I found looking at the animal skeletons and seeing Guy the Gorilla from London Zoo really interesting.
The ice skating itself was hilarious! Lots of us fell over but what was really nice was the fact that we all supported each other. We were even helping the teachers stand up! The Christmas tree in the middle of the ice rink and the fairy lights twinkling made it a really Christmassy and cozy atmosphere.
The McDonalds for lunch after was a great ending to the day. I hope we can do the same next year, it was so much fun!"
