"Taylor has been getting on exceptionally well and has been a pleasure to have on placement. He has taken part in everything, been early every day and asked great questions of the staff here.

"He created his own marketing content, which was amazing, and also worked with the other two students on placement to create a presentation.

"Taylor proudly told us that he had been announced as the winner of the Jack Petchey prize, which is absolutely fantastic. He was also eager to show us all the work he has done in the DT classroom and shared how proud he is of his work and how Pavilion has been integral in giving him the ability to do the schoolwork that he does.

"Overall, he has been a pleasure to have, and multiple members of staff have said they would welcome him back to apply for an operational apprenticeship at Marlborough Highways when he reaches the end of Year 11."
