How to access mental health support for your child during lock down.
Kooth.com provides free, online counselling and mental health and wellbeing support for young people aged between 11-18 year olds.
They have been commissioned by Resilient Schools in Barnet, to provide our digital service to all young people in the borough.
Young people can speak to a counsellor Until 10pm every day of the year, and can access numerous self-help resources and share their experiences, creatively, through articles and forums.
On Kooth we have seen a 170% increase in discussions around sadness since lockdown began.
At this time, young people need a safe space to share their concerns, Kooth.com, provides this space.
