Mental health support for students during pandemic

How to access mental health support for your child during lock down. provides free, online counselling and mental health and wellbeing support for young people aged between 11-18 year olds.

They have been commissioned by Resilient Schools in Barnet, to provide our digital service to all young people in the borough.

Young people can speak to a counsellor Until 10pm every day of the year,  and can access numerous self-help resources and share their experiences, creatively,  through articles and forums. 

On Kooth we have seen a 170% increase in discussions around sadness since lockdown began.  

At this time, young people need a safe space to share their concerns,, provides this space.
